The Platform is owned and operated by RAAH SOLUTIONS, registered office at: 1-56, Sivalayam Street, Revenue Ward No.1, Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh – 522503, India.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform (raahpharma.com), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our Platform.

To register and use RAAH PHARMA, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legally authorized representative of the pharmacy or wholesale business being registered
• Hold a valid Drug License (Form 20/21 for retail, Form 20B/21B for wholesale) as applicable
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately at support@raahsolutions.in of any unauthorized account access
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

RAAH PHARMA provides a web-based pharmacy management system including but not limited to:

• GST-compliant billing and invoice generation
• Inventory management with batch, expiry, and barcode tracking
• Automated GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B report generation
• Schedule H, H1, and X drug digital registers
• WhatsApp bill delivery and Tally ERP export
• Analytics, P&L reports, and business intelligence dashboards
• Multi-user and multi-branch management (plan-dependent)

Service availability is subject to your active subscription plan. Feature access may vary between Retail and Wholesale plans and across Tier 1 and Tier 2 plan categories.

Access to RAAH PHARMA requires an active paid annual subscription. Key terms:

• Annual Billing: All plans are billed annually in advance
• GST: 18% GST is applicable on all subscription amounts and will be charged separately
• Renewal: Subscriptions must be manually renewed; they do not auto-renew unless explicitly enabled
• Upgrade: You may upgrade your plan at any time; pro-rata credit may be applied at our discretion
• Downgrade: Plan downgrades take effect at the next renewal date

You agree to use RAAH PHARMA only for lawful pharmacy and distribution business operations. You must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the platform source code
• Use automated bots or scripts to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Upload false or misleading business information or drug license data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Violate any applicable Indian central or state pharmacy, GST, or IT laws
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund and potential legal action.

All content on the RAAH PHARMA platform — including but not limited to design, layout, source code, database structure, graphics, logos, feature names, documentation, and training materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of RAAH SOLUTIONS or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your registered pharmacy business operations. This license does not permit:

• Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of platform access
• Reproduction or adaptation of any platform content or design
• Use of RAAH PHARMA branding in your own business materials without written permission

RAAH SOLUTIONS provides the RAAH PHARMA platform on an 'as-is' basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, RAAH SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use
• GST calculation errors resulting from incorrect data entered by the user
• Regulatory penalties arising from user non-compliance with pharmacy or GST laws
• Third-party service failures (internet, payment gateways, SMS providers)

Either party may terminate the service relationship:

• By You: You may stop using the platform at any time. Your data will be retained for 90 days post-expiry before deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).
• By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay due subscription fees.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. You may request an export of your business data within the 90-day post-expiry window.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution. Please direct all concerns to: support@raahsolutions.in
